This Shipping Policy explains the delivery terms applicable to orders placed through our online store.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently deliver orders to:
• Poland
• European Union countries
• Ukraine
We reserve the right to limit or temporarily suspend delivery to particular locations where delivery cannot reasonably be completed.
2. Shipping Costs
Poland
The standard shipping fee for orders delivered within Poland is:
100 PLN
European Union and Ukraine
The standard shipping fee for orders delivered to European Union countries or Ukraine is:
170 PLN
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available for orders with a total value of 4,099 PLN or more.
Free shipping applies to deliveries within Poland, the European Union and Ukraine.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
• Poland: approximately 3–5 business days
• European Union: approximately 5–8 business days
• Ukraine: approximately 5–8 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on circumstances outside our reasonable control, including public holidays, exceptional delivery delays, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, customs procedures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
The delivery time applicable to a particular order may also be indicated during the checkout process.
Unless a different delivery date has been expressly agreed with the customer, applicable consumer protection laws regarding delivery deadlines remain in force.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed after successful confirmation of payment.
Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment without undue delay.
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation and, where available, tracking information.
5. Delivery Address
Please make sure that the delivery address and contact information provided during checkout are complete and accurate.
Technologie Piękna is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist you, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been processed or shipped.
6. Delayed Deliveries
While we make every reasonable effort to deliver orders within the estimated delivery times, delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed otherwise.

so that we can assist you in checking the status of your order.
If the applicable statutory delivery deadline has passed, you retain all rights provided to you under applicable consumer protection laws.
7. Damaged Packages or Goods
If your order appears to have been damaged during transportation, we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible after receiving the order.
Please provide:
• your order number;
• a description of the damage; and
• photographs of the package and the damaged product, where possible.

Reporting visible damage promptly helps us investigate the matter and resolve it as efficiently as possible.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by any request to provide photographs or other information concerning the damage.
8. Delivery Risk
For consumer purchases, Technologie Piękna remains responsible for the goods during delivery until the goods are physically received by the customer or by a third party designated by the customer, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
9. Customs and Import Charges
For deliveries within Poland and the European Union, any applicable charges are handled in accordance with the applicable tax and customs rules.
For deliveries to Ukraine, the customer may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, fees or other charges imposed by Ukrainian authorities, where applicable.
Such charges are not included in the shipping fee unless expressly stated otherwise.
10. Failed Delivery
If a delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, refusal to accept the package, failure to collect the package, or another circumstance attributable to the customer, please contact us at technologiepieknapol@gmail.com.
We will work with you to determine the appropriate next steps. Any additional shipping costs resulting from circumstances attributable to the customer may be charged to the customer to the extent permitted by applicable law.
