These Terms of Service govern the use of the Technologie Piękna online store and the purchase of products offered through the store.

By using the Technologie Piękna website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms do not limit any mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable Polish or European Union law.
1. About the Store
Technologie Piękna is an online store offering beauty and personal-care technology products, including:
• IPL hair-removal devices;
• beauty and personal-care devices;
• facial and body massagers.
The store operates exclusively online.
Products are sold by ROSA TRADE SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, which is the seller and contracting party for purchases made through the store.
2. Eligibility and Customers
The store primarily serves individual consumers.
Customers may also place orders for business purposes where applicable.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided during the ordering process is accurate and complete and that you have the legal capacity required to enter into a purchase contract under applicable law.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications and other information presented in the store are accurate and up to date.
Minor differences in appearance, colour or presentation may occur due to screen settings, photography, product versions or manufacturer changes.
The specific characteristics, specifications, included accessories and instructions applicable to a product are those stated on the relevant product page and/or supplied with the product.
Products should always be used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and safety information.
4. Prices
All prices displayed in the store are stated in Polish zloty (PLN).
Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices displayed to consumers include applicable taxes.
The applicable price is the price displayed at the time the customer places the order.
Shipping costs are displayed separately during the ordering process unless the customer qualifies for free shipping.
5. Orders
To place an order, the customer selects the desired products, adds them to the shopping cart and completes the checkout process.
Before submitting an order, the customer has the opportunity to review the products, quantities, delivery information, payment information and total price.
An order becomes binding in accordance with applicable law when the purchase contract is concluded and the order is accepted by the store.
After placing an order, the customer may receive an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to contact the customer if information necessary to process the order is incomplete, unclear or requires clarification.
6. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed and the store cannot fulfil the order, the customer will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.
If payment has already been made for a product that cannot be supplied, the amount paid for that product will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.
7. Payment
Payments are processed using payment services available through Shopify Payments and other payment methods made available during checkout.
Available payment methods may include payment cards and other payment options supported by Shopify Payments and enabled in the store.
PayPal may also be available as a payment method.
Payment providers may have their own terms and privacy policies. Payment information is processed through the relevant payment provider and is not unnecessarily stored by Technologie Piękna.
8. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver orders to:
• Poland;
• European Union countries;
• Ukraine.
Standard shipping costs are:
• 100 PLN for deliveries within Poland;
• 170 PLN for deliveries to the European Union and Ukraine.
Orders of 4,099 PLN or more qualify for free shipping.
Estimated delivery times are:
• Poland: 3–5 business days;
• European Union: 5–8 business days;
• Ukraine: 5–8 business days.

Delivery times are estimates unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed.
Nothing in these Terms limits the consumer's statutory rights concerning delivery deadlines.
9. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers purchasing products online generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions.
For the purchase of a single product, the withdrawal period generally begins when the consumer or a person designated by the consumer receives the product.
The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal by sending a clear statement of withdrawal to:

The customer must return the product without undue delay and generally no later than 14 days after communicating the withdrawal.
The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any mandatory statutory right of withdrawal.
10. Condition and Use of Returned Products
A consumer may examine and check a product in the manner necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
If a product has been used beyond what is reasonably necessary for such examination, the consumer may be responsible for any diminished value of the product to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Any statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply only where the relevant legal requirements are satisfied.
11. Refunds
Where a consumer validly withdraws from a distance contract, refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law and our Return and Refund Policy.
Refunds are generally made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless another method has been agreed with the customer.
Where applicable, the store may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or the customer has provided evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.
12. Defective or Non-Conforming Products
If a product is defective, damaged or does not conform to the purchase contract, the customer has statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
Depending on the circumstances, these rights may include repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract and refund.
The store will bear the costs associated with handling a valid claim concerning a defective or non-conforming product to the extent required by applicable law.
The commercial or manufacturer's warranty applicable to a particular product, if any, is separate from and does not replace the customer's statutory rights.
The duration and terms of any additional manufacturer's or commercial warranty may differ between products.

Customers may place orders without manually creating an account.
Depending on the checkout configuration and information provided, an account may be created automatically or made available through Shopify.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for activities performed through their account.
If a customer believes that their account has been accessed without authorization, they should contact us as soon as possible.

Customers agree to use the website lawfully and not to:

The Technologie Piękna name and associated branding may not be used in a way that suggests an unauthorized relationship with the store.

Customers should read and follow all instructions, warnings and safety information supplied with a product before use.
Beauty and personal-care devices should only be used for their intended purpose.
Where a manufacturer provides specific warnings, contraindications, usage restrictions or safety instructions, customers should follow them carefully.
The store does not provide medical diagnosis or medical treatment through the sale of its products.
Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular product, products sold through the store are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent diseases.

The store operates using Shopify and may use third-party services to provide payment processing, website functionality, analytics, communication and other services.
Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
The availability of a third-party service may depend on the provider and may change independently of Technologie Piękna.

By using the website and placing an order, customers acknowledge that their personal data may be processed as necessary to operate the store, process orders, provide customer service, fulfil legal obligations and for other purposes described in the Privacy Policy.

21. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
In particular, these Terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights or statutory liability for defective or non-conforming products.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Technologie Piękna shall not be responsible for losses resulting solely from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including interruptions caused by external service providers, communication networks or other events that could not reasonably be prevented.
22. Changes to the Website and Terms
We may update the website, product information and these Terms from time to time.
The version of the Terms applicable to an order is the version in effect when the purchase contract was concluded, unless a change is required by law or otherwise agreed with the customer.
Changes will not adversely affect rights that have already been acquired by customers under previously concluded contracts.
23. Applicable Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the seller and the relevant transaction, including applicable Polish law.
Where mandatory consumer protection laws of the country in which a consumer resides provide additional or stronger protection, those mandatory rights remain unaffected.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising rights granted by applicable consumer protection legislation.
24. Dispute Resolution
We encourage customers to contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve any complaint or dispute directly.
Consumers may also have access to alternative dispute resolution mechanisms and other consumer protection procedures available under applicable law.
Mandatory consumer rights concerning competent courts and dispute resolution are not affected by these Terms.
